Synergy MedAesthetics provides laser vaginal rejuvenation to help strengthen the labial and vaginal muscles. This treatment allows women to feel more comfortable in their daily activities and regain optimum vaginal health. As women move through life, their bodies experience changes. These changes can also affect the vagina. After pregnancy, childbirth, or menopause, the muscles that make up the vaginal wall can become weak and begin to thin. This can lead to a lack of natural lubrication, loss of vaginal tightness, and even bladder leakage. Synergy MedAesthetics offers the Exilis Ultra 360 laser treatment for vaginal rejuvenation.
What Is Vaginal Rejuvenation?
Vaginal rejuvenation is a treatment designed to tighten the muscles of the vagina. Factors such as age, pregnancy, and menopause can make these muscles weak, leading to uncomfortable problems and even medical conditions. Vaginal rejuvenation works by using laser technology to kickstart further collagen and elastin production in the vaginal tissue. This helps increase the vaginal tissue and tightens the vaginal walls. Collagen also regenerates cells that can heal tears or damage within the area.
Who Is a Candidate for Vaginal Rejuvenation?
Most women who feel their vaginal muscles could be tighter are candidates for this laser vaginal rejuvenation. Specific conditions can also qualify a woman, such as:
- Vaginal atrophy or dryness
- Bladder leakage
- Weak pelvic muscles
- Tissue tears
- Loose labial folds
- Decreased sensation during intimacy

How the Exilis Ultra 360™ Works
The Exilis Ultra 360™ Vaginal Rejuvenation is a laser vaginal treatment. What makes this laser unique is that it has a dual focus on vaginal tightening and labial remodeling. This state-of-the-art treatment was created by BTL Aesthetics and uses the ULTRA FEMME 360™ laser to deliver radiofrequency pulses to the vaginal muscles. Because this is performed in a low-intensity setting, there is no pain or excessive heat during your treatment. After your session is complete, you will be able to resume your normal daily activities.
Before Your Treatment
Prior to your treatment, there is very little you need to do. Our providers will examine the area to determine the extent of rejuvenation required and determine how many treatments you may need. You will also be asked to shave your intimate area before the treatment.
During Your Treatment
The first step is the ULTRA FEMME 360™ laser being moved across your vaginal muscles. The laser will be delivering low-frequency RF pulses to the area. The heat from the laser will begin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin to tighten the muscles. After this, the laser will be directed to the labia. By using the laser on the labia, the increased collagen and elastin will provide muscle tone and enhance the shape. The laser can also be used on the vaginal introitus (opening of the vagina), canal, and perineum as needed.
Your Recovery After Treatment
After your treatment, you may experience some swelling in the area and some tenderness, which should only last for a few hours. You will want to bring soft, comfortable undergarments to your appointment. Your results will begin to take shape immediately after your treatment, but you may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired results. We often recommend 3 to 4 sessions every 4 to 6 weeks apart to experience optimal results. Our staff will help craft you a treatment plan depending on your needs. You will also be required to abstain from sexual activity for a few days following the procedure.
