Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at www.synergymedaesthetics.com and any related services provided by Synergy MedAesthetics. By accessing this website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to offer the time slot to other patients.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will incur a $100 fee.
One-Time Courtesy: At the practice’s discretion, we may waive the cancellation or no-show fee once as a courtesy. This waiver will be documented in the patient’s record. After this first occurrence, all subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the applicable fee.
Payment Method: All late cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. A valid credit card may be required to keep on file prior to scheduling future appointments.

Gift Card and Promotional Policy

Redemption: Gift cards may be redeemed for services or products.
Promotional Balances: Any free or promotional amount added to a gift card expires 3 months from the date of issuance.
Usage Restrictions: Promotional amounts cannot be combined with other offers or specials and must be used toward full price retail or services.
Loss of Value: Refunds requested on expired promotional purchases will forfeit the promotional value.

Refunds and Package Terms

All Product Sales Final: All product sales are final.
Service Refunds: There are no refunds on services that have been provided or completed.
Partial Package Refunds: If a refund is requested for a partially used package, the refund will be provided minus the services already rendered.
Discount Adjustments: If a discount or package special was applied to the price, services provided will be charged at the regular singular rate and deducted from the purchase price.

Financial and Clinical Policies

Full Payment: All cosmetic appointments require full payment at the time of service.
Accepted Payments: We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, Care Credit, and credit/debit cards.
Deposits: A $50 deposit is collected for injectable appointments, multi-purpose packages, and services over $200.
Photography: Every patient will receive before and after treatment photos to provide a visual record of results.

Age Requirements

General Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older for all treatments.
Laser Hair Removal Exception: Minors may receive certain laser hair removal treatments with a parent’s consent and presence at the appointment.

Intellectual Property and Limitations of Use

The intellectual property contained in this website is owned by or licensed to Synergy MedAesthetics. Users are prohibited from:

Modifying, copying, or reverse engineering any materials or software on this website.
Using the website to transmit harassing, indecent, or fraudulent material.
Harvesting or collecting user data without consent.

Liability and Accuracy of Materials

Our website and materials are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Synergy MedAesthetics makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the use of materials on this website. In no event shall Synergy MedAesthetics be liable for any consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use this website.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
